Bingo Volunteers

Friday night Bingo at St. Rita Parish is an important piece of our parish life activity. Upwards of 100 adults come to Mazanec Hall every Friday night to enjoy the welcoming atmosphere, good company, good food and a bit of gambling in a safe environment. And while we are fortunate to be able to rely on the parents of our school children to provide alot of the volunteer effort that bingo consumes, other parishioners do participate and are most welcome! It takes 15-20 volunteers, each week, for bingo to succeed.

Jobs are varied: we need workers in the kitchen to prep and sell food; money handlers in the office; floor workers to sell instant tickets; callers; cashiers; etc. Shifts can be arranged - preparation for bingo begins each Friday at 4:30 p.m. and final clean up is generally over before 11:00 p.m. This is a fun group of people to work with, and a pleasant evening activity. Contact Denise at 440-248-1350, ext. 122, to volunteer.
