ABOUT FAMILY PROMISE OF GREATER CLEVELAND:
Family Promise of Greater Cleveland helps homeless families transform their lives by providing temporary housing and family stability services.  Family Promise keeps all types of families together during the crisis of homelessness and provides individualized blends of services during and after their stay to help the families achieve long-term stability.

Family Promise recently consolidated two shelters into one location at the Kinsman Center. Over the last year, the Kinsman Center has been under construction to make better use of the space and accommodate the same number of families and Family Promise staff at one location.

St Rita Parish continues to support families in need at the Family Promise homeless shelter.  Twenty-one families in shelter truly felt God’s love through the St Rita Easter events and projects. Parishioners donated hundreds of necessities and goodies for the family Easter Baskets.  Volunteers gathered to assemble the Easter Baskets that were delivered to Family Promise just before Easter. Volunteers also joined Family Promise families for an afternoon of Easter egg coloring and fun activities. Family Promise staff reported happy and grateful parents and super happy children – sharing God’s love makes us super happy here at St Rita :)
