Each year Family Promise helps over 100 families secure independent housing while providing a safe shelter for the parents and children they serve. This year they plan to continue their tradition of providing a little holiday cheer for the population they serve by making an effort to fulfill the holiday wishes of those who are struggling. Their annual Holiday Shop will consist of a 2-day effort of packing and distributing gifts for all the moms, dads, and children that have been part of their shelter family, over the last couple of years. CHRISTMAS OPLATKI
Oplatki, the Christmas wafer, is a symbol of charity, unity, and friendship. It is a tradition of many families at Christmas to enjoy at their Christmas tables!
These are available for purchase in the Parish Office Monday-Friday between 9:00am and 4:00pm for $3.00/package.
